With each order, the customer declares having read these GTC as an integral part of the contract and accepts them.

Article 2 – Information on Products and Prices
- The seller presents the products for sale on the website www.mori-illustration.ch. The products are described and presented accurately on the site. Mori Illustration reserves the right to modify, add, or withdraw products from sale without prior notice.
- All prices in the online shop are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax. Prices at the time of ordering apply. Shipping costs are indicated separately and provided before order validation.
- Mori Illustration reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Information will be communicated in advance in case of price changes.
Article 3 – Orders
- The offer and delivery via the online shop are exclusively for customers whose residence is in Switzerland or Europe. In the event of a product unavailability, the customer is immediately informed. They have the option to replace the unavailable product with another of equivalent value or receive a refund for the unavailable product.
- Mori Illustration reserves the right to refuse an order if the general terms and conditions are not complied with, if the product is unavailable, or for justifiable reasons according to Swiss law.
- The order is confirmed when the customer accepts the GTC and submits the order form. Subsequently, they receive an order confirmation at the email address provided in the form.
Article 4 – Payment Methods
- The customer has the following payment methods: Twint or bank transfer, to be chosen at the time of ordering. In specific cases, Mori Illustration reserves the right to offer other payment methods (cash), for example, for in-person collection.
- The full payment must be made at the time of ordering. No down payments are accepted.
- If payment is not made within the deadlines, Mori Illustration reserves the right to cancel an order, entirely or partially. The seller also reserves the right to refuse delivery or honor an order from a customer who has not fully paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is ongoing.
- Products remain the property of Mori Illustration until full payment by the customer (reservation of ownership).
Article 5 – Delivery Terms and Shipping Costs
- Products are delivered to the address specified by the consumer on the order form, in Switzerland or Europe.
- Product shipment is carried out by the Swiss Post, following its delivery timelines. Once the order is dispatched, the customer receives an email informing them of the expected delivery date. In case of delivery delays, it is recommended to contact Mori Illustration in writing (via email or letter), who will then liaise with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Orders are shipped within 7 working days if products are in stock. If the ordered products are not in stock, the customer is informed, and the order is delivered as soon as possible after agreement with the customer.
- Any undelivered order must be reported within 20 days from the shipping date. The date of the shipping confirmation email serves as evidence.
- Delivery is considered completed once the products are handed over to the customer by the Post. If the order is undeliverable and returned, all incurred expenses will be fully charged to the customer.
- In the event of a delivery error and/or non-conformity, any product for exchange or refund must be returned to Mori Illustration in its entirety and in its original packaging. Any return must be notified via email to amandine@mori-illustration.ch to obtain the return address. In this case, return costs are covered by the seller.
- Mori Illustration reserves the right to modify shipping costs at any time.
Article 6 – Right of Return
- Mori Illustration grants a right of return on the condition that products are returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging. The right of return applies up to 10 days after delivery (as per the postmark).
